RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are only accepted within 1 week from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, price tag is still intact, and in the same condition that you received from its original packaging.
Purchased with wrong color or defect in the item?

We will be giving you a maximum of 7 days from the day you received your item/s to return and exchanged at your own expense.

For those within Bataan area, you may drop off your item/s at our store together with your fill-up RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FORM for free.

Please note:
- Strictly No Submitted Form, No Exchange;
- Strictly No Exchange of Item/s to our stores;

For outside of Metro Manila, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you believe you have a defective product, please send your complaint to rocksack.unlimited7@gmail.com immediately. Just include a description of the damages and pictures if possible. This information will help us to understand the potential defect.

We would be happy to replace it with a new one.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. We are giving FREE shipping for all orders made in our webstore.  
2. You can pay your order via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Bank Deposit
3. Depending on your preferred payment method, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after payment verification. 
4. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only. 
5. Once the item has been shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the delay of the delivery. Please allow more time for delivery during the holidays.
